Ready for Clue 4? The time has come.Ā
It's amazing to see your projects become more and more beautiful with every clue! Right now here on Skool, we have 400 projects finished with Clue 1, 350 with Clue 2, and over 200 progress photos posted for Clue 3! I especially love seeing the photos of you modelling your work with proud smiles, that always makes my day! ā¤ļø Before we move on to Clue 4, I wanted to share a fun little thing I noticed yesterday. I've been keeping a note of everyone making two versions (there are 20 of you so far!), and I realized that two of those people have the same name. What a one-in-a-million coincidence! Shoutout to @Susan Evans and @Susan Evans šŸ„‚ Clue 4 is here, and it comes with a fun new texture! I hope you’ll love adding this little stitch pattern to your projects as much as I did. I’ve already used it in a few of my recent designs, so of course, I had to include it in this one too. šŸ˜… If you already have the pattern, check your inbox for the update or refresh your Ravelry library to download the Clue 4 file. If you haven’t joined yet but would like to, you can get the pattern here. I’ve also added some new tutorials for Clue 4 in the Rujuu course. Just head to the Classroom tab to check them out! Bring on the stunning photos and let me know if you’re going straight or shaped!! 🤩

Clue 3 is here 🤩
I have to admit, seeing all your gorgeous WIPs throughout last week was a total emotional rollercoaster! It’s amazing to see over 340 projects through Clue 1, 240 of those have crushed Clue 2, and the number of people making two versions went up to 14! Every single one is so unique, I could spend hours scrolling through Skool every day, it’s a real treat just taking them all in. šŸ˜ But Clue 3 is finally here, and it’s all about trying it and making sure it fits. I’m also really looking forward to seeing how many of you will choose to put your own spin on the neckband. I've seen a few of you have already jumped ahead because you just couldn't wait (totally get it! šŸ˜…) If you’ve already got the pattern, keep an eye on your inbox for the update or just refresh your Ravelry library to grab the Clue 3 file. Still want to join? You can grab the pattern here. I’ve also uploaded some fresh tutorials for this clue in the Rujuu course here in the Classroom tab. I can’t wait to see those smiling faces in the modelled shots!

Clue 4: Lost Plot and Wild Adventures
I started Clue 4 late (busy week) and it took forever but only because I can’t NOT over complicate. I lost the plot on the side seam that was in clue 3. I had done all but the final block when I realized but oh well lol. I totally forgot that was supposed to carry over from clue 3!! Oh well, it didn’t really matter as my motifs didn’t collide. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the new skills I’ve learned! In this second row of fairy bridges over choppy waters, I decided to take inspiration from the chart but add on a pseudo fake front half cable so the richer pink stitches would come together while their light counter parts would form the frame. I’ve really enjoyed blending color by working with different yarns. I have honestly not really had the recommended colors except my two primary cA, cC. Otherwise I’ve gone into a ā€œfill in the blanksā€ when it comes to color. I get really inspired by the chart, seeing colors and replications when I have a view of the base set up. I hope it’s okay wandering so far off the beaten path. @Zanete Hussain - your pattern is so wonderfully written that I immediately understand and if I don’t you have such helpful tutorials. The clarity and skill of the written pattern is testament to allowing this bby beginner take such a strong foundation and branch out to embellish. Also, the beadwork takes forever!! Especially the last two rows of fairy bridges!!

Random question.
Does anyone here use Knit companion for charts? I do, and I love it for tracking where I am in a project. I work multiple projects at the same time and don’t like paper waste. I am not able to load these designs. It loads parts but not all. So frustrating.
