The construction as usual is a seamless top-down one, with the sleeve caps worked simultaneously with the yoke, so you can try it on as you go. 🤩 The cable pattern is simple and repetitive and once the top of the yoke is done, it settles into an intuitive rhythm. The Pasaka Sweater is the second design in my Tribute to Latvian Mittens collection. The name means "fairy tale" in Latvian, inspired by a traditional mitten that reminds me of a snow flake so perfect it could only exist in a fairy tale. ❄️ The construction is a top-down round yoke and the stranded colourwork has some longer floats in places, which should be caught using the Ladderback Jacquard method.
