🧦 Socktober 2025 is coming! 🧦
We’re so excited to have you here for our 2nd Socktober Knit-Along, where we’ll be knitting socks together using ZaneteKnits patterns. Thank you for joining us—it means so much to have this community come together again! Last year, we had about 200 entries, and it was so much fun. We can’t wait to see what this year brings. Use the comments to let us know which pattern you’ll be working on, to chat and cheer each other on, and share your works-in-progress and completed pairs of socks. Projects that have already been started are absolutely welcome, as long as they’re ZaneteKnits socks. This is a space to connect, inspire each other, and celebrate the joy of sock knitting. 💛 Read below for all the details about how to join. It starts on October 1st – just 2 weeks from now! ✨ How to join: - Pick any ZaneteKnits sock pattern (1 or more, wips are welcome too) If you do not have a pattern, feel free to use the 20% discount code SOCKTOBER25 on any of our sock patterns. The discount is valid until October 5th. - Knit your sock project from October 1st to 31st - Register your project on Ravelry and share your progress in our Ravelry forum or Skool group. ✨ The rules: - Knit socks from a ZaneteKnits pattern (test knits are excluded) - Have fun - If you want to enter the prize draws, add your project to Ravelry, link it to the pattern and share your completed pair of socks on one of our party spots (Ravelry or Skool) ✨ What’s coming: - A brand-new sock pattern released on September 24th - right in time for Socktober - 3 previously released sock patterns - Rhubarb and Custard Socks, Vaidava Memories Socks, and Porto Memories Socks will be available in Spanish, German, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, French, Portuguese and English. (You will get an update notification if you have already purchased it on Ravelry.) - A free sock pattern is also available! - Prizes:

Last year’s sock oktober I knit the Rhubarb and Custard sock. The heel flap was a challenge 😅.. After that I have done the Auseklis sock this Sommer. Both are so beautiful 🤩 Think I will do the Porto memories sock or the London memories sock. I have those patterns already.. but there is also many other beautiful socks that I want to make from Zeanet 🥰
Hello
I’m excited to join your group. Can somebody suggest an easy toe up sock pattern for a first time sock knitter? I’d like to use 5 needles and watch a video.

I have knit 3 of Zanetes socks and they are alle very good written and Zanet has good explanations and videos to her patterns. Pick one you like most and go for it 🥰 That gives good motivation and I’m here we can help 😊 A toe up sock starts with magic loops and after the toe you can change to dpn needles

@Fionnuala Howard that’s your 5 needle you are using for socks or other small knitting things “Double Pointed Needles” ( dpn) are for knitting small things in the round such as hats and socks. They usually come in a set of five needles. Both needle ends are pointed to knit from either end of the needle.
This lace cardigan is kicking off a whole new construction era for me!
I’m so excited to share that my fitted all-over lace Noura Cardigan pattern is now live, along with a tutorial series to guide you through it step by step. It’s seamless and worked top-down, but the sleeve caps are done at the same time as the yoke. The lace stitch is super easy to remember, and test knitters said it was their favourite part of the project. Plus, there are plenty of other fun techniques to try out! 🤩 P.S. Newsletter subscribers, check your inbox for your exclusive discount code! For everyone else, use code NOURA to save 20% until July 20th. Just a heads-up that if you run into any problems with the code, let me know before you complete the checkout as discounts can’t be applied afterward.

I started the pattern 2 days ago and changed my yarn twice. I am making it in at light fingering and a lace hold together Now it’s time to start the right front 🥰
If you were a fan of the Do Ewe Yoke? No. 2...
...then you might love this one, too! The Celestia Top pattern just launched, and it’s a Latvian-inspired, top-down, round yoke sweater with all-over colourwork in sport weight yarn. Honestly, I loved every stitch of it, and the many compliments I get when I wear it is just the cherry on top. It comes with the usual charts for light and dark backgrounds, plus options with or without Ladderback Jacquard placements. There’s a quick deep-dive video on YouTube as well. P.S. Newsletter subscribers, your exclusive discount code should be waiting in your inbox! For everyone else, use code CELESTIA to get 20% off until the end of June 22nd. If you run into any issues, reach out before you finish your purchase since we can’t apply discounts afterward.
