My three main goals right now are to try and get down to 15% body fat, so I can see my abs a little. This will also help my two other goals by losing weight. Goal number one is to be able to do a handstand push-up, see the video. Balance is my biggest fault right now and everything. Once I get that I'll be able to push up a little bit stronger, but I'm really working on that more functional strength at the moment. The other one I want to get down is the muscle up. I know there's a lot of technique versus actual muscle, but I've always wanted to be able to do it.
