Had to push yesterday and today
My whole household has been sick all week and I started feeling it yesterday. I really didn't want to do the workouts yesterday or today but I pushed through and feel pretty good all things considered.

Workout

I find that the leg workouts aren't as psychologically rewarding as other workouts. Was your workout a leg, upper body or cardio?
Timing is key
I was able to keep my eating schedule all week but this weekend my schedule was all over the place. Didn't eat at the right times and definitely felt the difference.
