Strength
9/10 on my legs workout yesterday, I could have pushed harder on Bulgarian split squats. 10/10 on nutrition. I fasted in the morning. Good chicken salad at lunch and shake for dinner as I got home late from work.

Final Run
This week was 9/10 on workouts and 8/10 on meals. Just ran my last long run before the Big Cottonwood 1/2 Marathon. Felt really good!

9/10 week
Had a great week of training. Hit the workouts hard, nutrition was pretty locked in. Could have been a little better in a few areas but proud of myself. Running was challenging but I was able to push through. This morning did a quick upper body workout and ran 9 miles. 2 weeks out from my next Half marathon.
