I have four races scheduled this year and I am back in the mode of running. One of the races is a tri athlon and I started biking again today and now I need to get dialed In and do some swimming!

Workout this morning was awesome! Went a little lighter today on intensity since it was leg day and I will be doing my plyo workout at lunch today and didn’t want to totally kill my legs before then. Got in a run yesterday afternoon and picked up a bunch of logs to start cutting up and splitting in the evenings to help with upper body workouts! 😜 Stay focused!

My son left on mission last week and I am getting dialed back in. My morning workouts have been crushing it and my son challenged me to be dunking the basketball by the time he gets home in 2027 so I have been adding plyometrics in two days a week now as well! I bought the Black Friday spartan trifecta pass for 2026 with the goal to run a sprint, super and beast next year!! Everyone looks like they are crushing it!! Keep up the hard work and motivation! This group is awesome!!!

Hey guys it has been awhile but I am still around! Life has been crazy but still finding time to make some progress. I have slowed down on the running since I am not training for another spartan until next year. Still trying to get 12-15 miles a week in. I have been increasing my early morning lifts and putting in more time there! I will make more of an effort to post and keep things updated here for accountability! Stay strong!

Labor Day we worked in the Elko Temple open house! Yesterday i worked out in the morning then I left for a business trip. I ate at abergine restaurant for dinner. This morning the hotel gym workout was great 10/10 and a quick mile run on the treadmill! Been busy but good!
