We're moving beyond basic demographics to build a more comprehensive, 360-degree view. Our new framework is built on four key pillars:
- Psychographic: Understanding their internal world (values, motivations, time/money investments).
- Demographic: Defining who they are (age, income, habits).
- Geographic: Pinpointing where they are (zip code, urban/suburban).
- Behavioral: Mapping how they act (spending frequency, seasonal purchases).
Why this matters: This new clarity will be a game-changer for our marketing, product development, and content. It ensures we're all speaking to the same person, in the same way, with laser precision.
