The call opened with playful connection and reflection on how messy and beautiful real growth can be. Cate then took us deep into the Virgin and Witch archetypes—exploring purity, conformity, taboo, power, and truth across cultures and myths.

Through the story of Medusa, we witnessed how trauma, betrayal, and isolation can become the gateway to deepest power. From violated priestess to feared monster to self-realized woman in her cave, Medusa’s journey mirrored our own path of going into the dark to reclaim creativity, authority, and self-trust.

Participants reflected on how betrayal, invisibility, and silencing have shaped their lives—and how reclaiming both the Virgin and Witch within creates wholeness.

The session then shifted into practical creation: designing an ideal calendar and weekly structure that honors focus, buffer, rest, and creative time—so life supports vision, not fights it.
