If you like bluberry muffins with the crumbly streusel topping, here's a little nostalgia for you - with none of the heartache! The streusel topping works with any sweetener, but xylitol works the best, as it creates the sturdiest and most crumbly end result. Honestly, one of my best creations yet! My entire family LOVED this. I've made a loaf and also muffins with the same recipe, your choice. Muffins take less time in the oven. Enjoy! Eye Serum Recipes
Here are two recipes - the first one I use during the day, due to the UV protection given by the raspberry seed oil, and the second one I use at night. Iโ€™ve included a link to where I buy the bottles from. Day Serum: 5 ml roller ball Raspberry seed oil (provides UV protection) 5 drops Frankincense oil Night Serum: 5 ml roller ball Castor oil 5 drops Frankincense oil For both recipes, add the Frankincense to the bottle and top up with either the Raspberry seed oil or castor oil. Protein Breakfast โ€œBiscuitsโ€
I love this recipe and while I donโ€™t often have one for breakfast, they make a great lunch to grab and go. I freeze them and then defrost one on the day Iโ€™ll eat it. They are really satiating. 400g chicken or turkey mince 1 small onion, diced 6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 cup mushrooms, chopped 1/2 red pepper, chopped (or a roasted one) 1 cup cheese (I use Emmental but any cheese works - Iโ€™ve tried feta, halloumi, cheddar and stilton) 1 cup spinach Salt and pepper and any other spice you fancy (I add a teaspoon of chilli flakes) Sautรฉ the onion with the mince in a little olive oil and then add the mushroom and peppers and sautรฉ until soft. Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl and mould into 10-12 round biscuits. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 220oc (fan) until crispy and slightly ground around the edges).

Finally....a Healthy Granola ๐Ÿฅณ
Girls, honestly, this granola is TO DIE FOR!!!! I've tried so many variations over the years, this one is my favourite. It's tastes amazing and it doesn't wreck your insulin or gut! So many healthy fats. Izzy has it with Almond milk, I have it sprinkled over probiotic yogurt, and sometimes I'll just have a handful straight out of the jar ๐Ÿคฃ Almonds Pumpkin seeds Pecans Walnuts Sunflower seeds Shredded coconut Palm of cranberries Tablespoon Organic cinnamon Then I make the coconut oil: 2 table spoons of oil, melted 5 dried apricots Vanilla essence Almond essence Blend these altogether in the nutri bullet๐Ÿ‘† Spread everything in large baking tray, mix it all well. 10 mins in oven on 180, stir and then another 5 mins if you like it extra crunchy. Allow to cool, then store in Mason jar. Voila, delicious healthy granola. Without the crash, weight gain or bloating ๐Ÿงš๐Ÿฝ

The Flu Bomb!
The easy-to-make mixture requires just seven ingredients, Barbara O'Neil promises that drinking it daily can shorten illnesses from the flu, a cold, a sinus infection or just about any respiratory illness. โ€œThis is your natural antibiotic, this drink,โ€ she said. โ€œWhen someone has bronchitis or a sinus [infection] or pneumonia, they take the flu bomb.โ€ The first ingredient is garlic, and she advises using as much as you can bear drinking, calling it a โ€œnatural antibiotic.โ€ Garlic contains the antibiotic allicin, which gets released when a clove is chewed or crushed up. Itโ€™s been used to fight disease for thousands of years, though research on its effectiveness at preventing and fighting colds is limited. One study found that people who took a garlic supplement for 12 weeks during cold season got fewer colds than those who didnโ€™t โ€” and their colds cleared up faster than those not taking garlic. Oโ€™Neillโ€™s flu bomb also contains eucalyptus oil, which she said is โ€œnice for clearing airways.โ€ Eucalyptus is in fact present in a lot of cold and flu remedies because it can relieve congestion and loosen phlegm. Other ingredients include ginger and honey, both natural expectorants, and as much cayenne pepper as one can handle, as the capsaicin in pepper has been found to relieve congestion and sneezing. Oโ€™Neill says to drink it three times a day when symptoms set in, โ€œand often, after two or three days, thatโ€™s enough.โ€ Ingredients: *1 clove garlic, crushed *1/4 teaspoon ginger, grated *1 drop eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil *cayenne pepper *juice of a lemon *1 teaspoon honey *1/2 cup hot water
