Girls, honestly, this granola is TO DIE FOR!!!!
I've tried so many variations over the years, this one is my favourite. It's tastes amazing and it doesn't wreck your insulin or gut! So many healthy fats.
Izzy has it with Almond milk, I have it sprinkled over probiotic yogurt, and sometimes I'll just have a handful straight out of the jar 🤣
Almonds
Pumpkin seeds
Pecans
Walnuts
Sunflower seeds
Shredded coconut
Palm of cranberries
Tablespoon Organic cinnamon
Then I make the coconut oil:
2 table spoons of oil, melted
5 dried apricots
Vanilla essence
Almond essence
Blend these altogether in the nutri bullet👆
Spread everything in large baking tray, mix it all well. 10 mins in oven on 180, stir and then another 5 mins if you like it extra crunchy.
Allow to cool, then store in Mason jar.
Voila, delicious healthy granola. Without the crash, weight gain or bloating 🧚🏽
