Warrior & lover - check - went up the nearest hill for the sunrise after meditation, not a bad way to start the Saturday. Goal is to do better with eating today....
Sovereign - cleaning fans & mister, sterilising grain - stuff. Next week will be 100% focused on planning / learning / documenting for the certification.
