Solid day in the field. Nice when we can be working on 4 accounts vs what used to be just one per day not that many years ago. Some kinks and minor Communication stuff we are working through but all and all I’m enjoying my team this season. I’m also really putting in the work as the leader this year on all fronts and I think it may be contributing to the vibe and output.

Will get some pics off to everyone tomorrow from the greenhouse project- moving towards the concrete floor pour on Tuesday which will be a huge step after getting all of the subfloor rough plumbing and electric installed and inspected. Really is a fun project and I’m enjoying all of the talented tradespeople I’ve assembled for this build, crazy there are 20 trades/ professionals involved in this with me that I’m managing. Having a blast!!!
