Day 13 12/13/25
This month is flying by… hardly time to even enjoy the simple things. What’s cool about day 13 is the muscle that has grown the most is… building a habit: deciding to get some movement in before my day really starts! Feels good and gives me some momentum. Shared a bit before but personally in a rough seas chapter and this small win to give myself 30 minutes of movement has been nice!
Protein and water- miss!
