The low energy week continues....
3 things I need to fix:
- daytime scrolling crept up on me after having it well under control for a while.
- I think I neglected hydration - picked it up today and felt better
- no lab work after dark. I'm was a total dumb-ass here: I had a strong suspicion that the super bright low-sunlight-range LED's (hangover from my microgreens) I'm using to light my work area might mess with my sleep, yet I proceeded to do that after 8pm....did not get to sleep until probably about 12pm, which does not help the bad sleep of the past week.
Did better on my perfect day - specifically ticking off exercise early.
I'm off to figure out my mister situation - gorillas watch out.... 😆
