No big wins / big misses, just ticked everything over.
Got enough water in barrels to not worry about flushing the toilet, should we lose municipal supply 😆
Got the ventilation set up, so after the storm I'll start moving mushrooms here - no use plugging in a bunch of stuff right now.
Mushrooms on the menu for next week: got 4 buckets fruiting & 2 just starting. Emma is keen to make me some fermented and some pickled for me to try, as soon as I give her some.
