I appreciate Jerry prompting me on my tagline, in my muddling through the week it got left behind.

I have reached out to people on the "potential allies" / might help list, and struck gold, albeit a bit disheartening. A guy Ravick & I visited last week to pick up 2nd hand equipment sent me through his market analysis of a few months ago - it's not great reading but certainly helps.

My goal over the weekend is just to finally get the ventilation running, and potentially a mister too. The mister I was aiming to use is blowing fuses, so I'll have to use a somewhat crappier but functional one in the meanwhile. It's humid enough to not really matter right now 🌧️

Storm's coming, so it's a bit of prep & Sunday is hunker down. My biltong should be ready by then 😅
