We officially now have a foot in Vermont! Closed at noon on our place in Waterbury.
Manifesting another property purchase up there in 2027 (with a barn to set up the VT studio in) and openly set that intention with our realtor, who is an ally in this pursuit. And I guess I’m doing the same here now too with this tribe. 😁
