I was able to lose weight as I was traveling. The night before we left I prepped my meals for the next three days. We were only predicted to be gone for two days but wanted to make sure I had plenty in case of an emergency.
The foods that I took, I made sure I could be satisfied eating them cold— Slices of chicken and pork loin. I portioned everything out in Ziploc bags so even as we were going through a drive thru my meal was ready. I purchased a cooler I could put everything in. The meats, veggies and fruits are in ziploc bags and the ounces I needed. I did eat more raw vegetables versus cooked and of course fresh fruit. I also brought my scale just in case I found another fruit/vegetable to be weighed. It fit easily in my cooler.
I was about to be gone for over 2 days and each day I lost weight!!!
