Travel success!
Today is day 70 and we’re traveling for spring break and I lost .5 today and 1.5 yesterday! This was NOT the case 3 weeks ago when I traveled for a conference (gained 3 pounds total due to underrating). But I learned, adjusted, planned ahead and advocated for myself and my health. So to anyone thinking “this is really (blanking) hard when you travel”… YOU WILL LEARN YOUR BODY! Keep going 💪🏼🫶🏼👊🏼

Proof You Can Lose Weight Even During Stress
This is such a win for me! I had off the charts stress yesterday, literally, and still lost 0.7 lbs today. Dr. Golman has taught me that when your body is burning fat instead of sugar, it can still release fat even under stress and I’m really seeing that happen. I’ve also been doing the energy moving session and it’s helped me so much through it. I wanted to share this not just as a win, but in case it encourages someone else who’s walking through similar challenges right now. Hang in there!

Stress
Dr Golman asked me to share this - the one thing that has impacted my weight loss is dealing with stress. Letting the stress pass through me, walking thru it, and not using food for comfort. The 7 minute video on Day 10 has helped a lot with this! Day 16 down 8.8 lbs

Hi Debra, I just saw this too with my body. Stress is definitely not fun, but it’s amazing to see our bodies still respond. Great job, that’s such an incredible win. And thank you so much for the encouragement, it really means a lot!
Day 28 and I’ve lost
12 pounds so far. Feels great to fit into some of my old jeans

Consistent Success Eating Out
Before starting the reset I thought there were very few options to eating at a restaurant. Losing 0.5 to 1+ lbs each time after eating out, I can tell you I was absolutely wrong. I’ve learned to change my view of both what’s on restaurant menus and how to preplan. I now look for lean proteins and veggies on the menu first, bring extra veggies in case there are limited options, bring an apple for my fruit, and am no longer hesitant to ask for a steak or other protein to be grilled without oils or butters. Changing my perspective changed my results!
