40 day wins!
Yesterday was my 40th day on Fast 40. I have lost 10 lbs and 19 inches! I had to take my measurements twice just to make sure. I have so much more energy and am saving $ because I’d rather cook my own food than eat out. I’ve learned even more tricks to lower fat content and maintain taste.

Today’s inspiration mesage Here’s your reminder today: protein isn’t just “food”… it’s building material. When you eat enough high-quality protein (especially from meats), you’re literally giving your body the amino acids it uses to repair, stabilize, and regenerate. Here’s what protein helps your body do (especially after 40): ✅ Protect lean muscle → your metabolic engine ✅ Build hormones + enzymes → the chemistry that drives fat loss, energy, and recovery ✅ Stabilize blood sugar → fewer cravings, fewer crashes ✅ Support your immune system → stronger internal defense ✅ Increase satiety → you feel satisfied instead of fighting hunger all day And this part matters: When protein is consistently low, the body often experiences it as scarcity. Scarcity creates stress signals. Stress signals create cravings. Cravings create the “why am I snacking again?” loop. So today, let’s keep it simple: Intention for the day: “I’m going to feed my body what it needs to feel strong and secure.” At your next meal, build your plate around a real protein anchor: 🥩 beef / bison 🍗 chicken / turkey 🐟 fish 🍳 eggs Not perfect. My Personal Fast40 Success
I joined Fast40 in 2024 and initially lost 15.5 lbs and 13.25 inches—and I didn’t stop there. I kept going and ultimately lost 26 lbs total! I have felt amazing and have been able to wear clothing sizes I hadn’t been able to wear comfortably for over 10 years. Even better, the results have been easy to maintain.
