Sleep recovery is happening!!
Hi everyone! I really want to share this. It is crazy.. I wear the WHOOP and it tracks my sleep, my sleep recovery, and so much more. I started on Saturday and Sunday with the loading days and you can’t see the previous week, but those were in the red and yellow as well because while I was sleeping, my body was not recovering. Not only have I slept over eight hours the last two days but this is what my recovery is doing so my body is healing and doing what it should be doing while I’m sleeping. It is just so exciting to see this and I am only on day 6! You don’t need a WHOOP to see this just know that it’s happening!
