Here’s a variation on a Turkey meatball recipe I’ve posted before but instead of Italian seasoning:
3lbs Lean ground turkey
1.5 peeled and shredded zucchini
2 egg whites
Season to taste with salt, fennel seed, and sage
Air fryer for about 10-12 minutes depending on size. I sprinkle a little salt on top before cooking too.
You can use this recipe as a base for so many different flavors. Use grated ginger and amino acids or whatever you like. It goes with anything- just like a black blazer. Enjoy!
