This group could also be called Fit Over 60!!! Who would have thought I could fit into my favorite pair of jeans 12 years later. I’ve been saving 4 pair of pants for over a decade thinking if I only followed this plan or stopped eating sugar for the rest of my life I could fit into my favorite pants again…. So I saved these hoping for a miracle. Well I found IT!! The miracle is the Fast 40 program. I was going through my closet today and saw this box of pants and thought I should give them a try. They FIT!! And it’s a comfortable fit. I don’t have any extra fat hanging over the top after I button them. I can believe how well the Fast 40 works. It’s been 12 years since I tried to put these pants on. 12 years 23 lbs and 19 inches total and I’m back in my favorite jeans and clothes. At 61 years old it’s hard to believe that I am at the same weight I was in high school. 😳🥰 Thank you Dr.G

I am a very happy Fast 40 Grad!! At day 40 I lost 16.3 lbs and 11 inches total. By day 75 I had pasted my goal weight and lost a total of 23.1 lbs and 19.5 inches. The best part is learning how my moods change for the better. More positive. More chill. Happier and more confident
