Proof You Can Lose Weight Even During Stress
This is such a win for me! I had off the charts stress yesterday, literally, and still lost 0.7 lbs today. Dr. Golman has taught me that when your body is burning fat instead of sugar, it can still release fat even under stress and I’m really seeing that happen. I’ve also been doing the energy moving session and it’s helped me so much through it. I wanted to share this not just as a win, but in case it encourages someone else who’s walking through similar challenges right now. Hang in there!
