Meal prep week 2 done for the win
I’m traveling this week so I meal prepped at home and brought the cooked food with me ahead of time. I have total meal prepped to about 2.5 hrs for the week. This helped to prep me for my success.
I also pre measured some 1 oz snack sizes to have when I get hungry or if I need to add ozs to my meals. That way I have some pre measured 1oz grab bags vs having to cook more and add when I’m feeling hungry
