Before starting the reset I thought there were very few options to eating at a restaurant. Losing 0.5 to 1+ lbs each time after eating out, I can tell you I was absolutely wrong. I’ve learned to change my view of both what’s on restaurant menus and how to preplan. I now look for lean proteins and veggies on the menu first, bring extra veggies in case there are limited options, bring an apple for my fruit, and am no longer hesitant to ask for a steak or other protein to be grilled without oils or butters. Changing my perspective changed my results!
