Hamilton as my sidekick
Meeting with a Father/son team today looking to transition from their current firm. Dad is 60, son is 25 and just entering the industry. Good succession discussion and NextGen strategizing for integrating and introducing the son to well-established clients. As hoped my Hamilton Khaki broke the ice a bit.
