Pepsi Bezels
I own nine watches. Three are Pepsi bezels. I may have a problem.

So I wanted to wear my Zulu tine today and thought I could potentially play with the straps. Turns out I have a lot of green in my collection! The Zulu is a big boy so the other straps wouldnt fit, but playing with the others I think I found a good alternative for the Seiko Presage Matcha. The cloth strap has a glossy finish that I think goes perfect with the velvety texture of the dial. I can see myself using that combination to dress it down. Thoughts about the Seiko with the 2 straps? Will stick to the Zulu today as I like it more for a bbq afternoon

Evolving Collection
The You Tubers make it sound as if a watch collection is planned. Maybe it is, but not my collection. Phase I. Mine started when I saw the Timex Snoopy playing tennis reissue. I realized I had my old one and when I dug it out, I realized I had a number of old watches. I learned to change batteries and straps. Suddenly, I had a collection. Phase II. The You Tube influence. I added some must have Casios, then I found Ali Express, which was phase IIa (The homage phase). Phase III. The Modification/repair phase. I realized I could get some great deals if I could find watch lots/grab bags and find the gems. Phase IV. I feel that I’m entering this phase now. The purge phase. My homage phase was a lot of fun, but now that I have a Bulova chronograph, I’m not reaching for my Daytona Homage. There seems to be a restored or personal touch watch that out-competes the Pagani Design every single time. Notably missing is a grail watch. For me it’s not so much about seeking a grail, but instead stumbling upon a gem. What other ways do collections evolve? I’m sure everyone here has a unique path.

Bedtime for Erebus triplets
Monday was a busy day for these guys. Running all over town, doing errands, WFH meetings, and relaxing by the pool. Time to call it a night, put them in their really cool travel cases and say "Good night, Moon." Extra pic of my MOP with the light casting a different angle on it. Thanks for joining us on today's adventures.
