A Rolex/Fisher-Price collab - the “Playdate”?!? 😉
Wouldn’t that be cool? It’s an AI video but it is fun to watch…and to consider the possibilities 🤔 https://www.instagram.com/reel/DSApYMhEWxn/?igsh=MTcwMmxrNnB0NTY5cg==

ROTD: The Citizen Attesa (AT8314-53L)
OVERVIEW ------------------------------------------------------------ The Citizen Attesa (AT8314-53L) is a eco-drive watch that competes in the competitive mid-range market. Priced at $1,350, it's positioned to compete with premium timepieces from respected manufacturers. KEY SPECIFICATIONS ------------------------------------------------------------ • Brand: Citizen • Model: Attesa (AT8314-53L) • Movement: Eco-Drive (H800) • Case Diameter: 42mm • Thickness: 10.1mm • Lug Width: 48.9mm • Crystal: Sapphire w/ AR • Water Resistance: 100m • Strap/Bracelet: Titanium • Notable Features: Innovative technology once again meets elevated chronograph styling in our latest: the limited-edition ATTESA H800 Full Sapphire Bezel. A 42mm Super Titanium™ case in gray DLC solidifies the lightweight, durable construction of the timepiece that is also scratch- and corrosion-resistant, while a matching triple-link bracelet secures the watch to the wrist. A signature crown and modern chronograph pushers add a sporty touch, while an expansive sapphire crystal extending over the inner world-time bezel differentiates the timepiece in the ATTESA line. • MSRP: $1,350 • Street Price: $1,350 CASE & CONSTRUCTION ------------------------------------------------------------ The 42mm case features solid construction with sapphire w/ ar crystal. While not exceptional, the build quality is appropriate for the price point, with 100m water resistance. At 42mm and 10.1mm thick, the watch offers versatile sizing that works for most wrist sizes. (Case Rating: 7.0/10) MOVEMENT & PERFORMANCE ------------------------------------------------------------ Powered by a eco-drive movement (H800), the movement is functional but basic. It's adequate for the price point but doesn't stand out from the competition. (Movement Rating: 5.0/10) DIAL & LEGIBILITY ------------------------------------------------------------ The dial provides good legibility with acceptable lume performance. The design is clean and functional, if not particularly distinctive. (Dial Rating: 7.0/10)

Are you over the MoonSwatch? Think again!
This is by far the most striking addition yet, featuring a dial, case, and strap as brilliantly white as freshly fallen snow. And this time, Swatch has done something extra special with the golden moon emblem on the moonphase dial. The center of the dial remains almost unchanged, with an aventurine-inspired material used for the hands, earthphase, and moonphase. Snoopy and Woodstock are still sketched in black on a white dial, and the small seconds dial only differs with an inverted blue-on-white track. However, from the chronograph seconds track outward, the entire watch is now white with blue detailing. The look is reminiscent of the original Snoopy MoonSwatch from 2024. Each Cold Moon watch features a unique, laser-engraved snowflake emblem on the moonphase dial, meaning that, just like real snowflakes, no two watches are identical. The opposite moon on the dial is still a cartoon image decorated with a paw print from everyone’s favorite imaginary beagle. On the opposite side of the snowy moonphase sub-dial at 10 o’clock is the titular earthphase complication, which is likely the most interesting watch complication that has no functional value. It functions as the inverse of a moonphase, showing the view of Earth from the surface of the moon at any given time. The white Bioceramic is not only more eye-catching than the blue from the earlier version, but it also has a more vibrant texture that more closely resembles actual ceramic watch cases. The rubber strap features the same lunar surface texture on the underside, but this time it resembles trampled snow. Following the release schedule established for the Moonshine Gold series, the Cold Moon reference launches on the day of 2025’s full Cold Moon, December 4. As with previous releases, it will only be available for purchase in person at Swatch boutiques. However, there is a catch. After December 4, as long as supplies last, Swatch will only allow purchases of the Cold Moon while it is actively snowing somewhere in Switzerland. Sales will cease on March 20, the last day of winter. Considering Europe is approaching its coldest months of the year, there should be plenty of opportunities to get your hands on one.

Love the original 1963, but they have some stunning models. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7-xrmsHTts
