So as some of you know, my wife and I have a food business (Conpassionate Kitchen) and we sell certified vegan and organic baking mixes in compostable packaging. Inspired by this awesome group, I’ve been trying to create some higher protein recipes with our products and came up with this from our Everyday Baking Mix.
1 scoop vedge protein powder
1/2 cup Everyday Baking Mix
1 cup water
Mix all together and cook in waffle iron or can also be used to make pancakes.
Comes out to about 8 grams protein per 4” waffle. These make great little protein travel snacks as well.
