High Protein Salad
Saw Epic Mint Leaves YT video with this recipe today and thought I would share it here too. He estimates the nutritional content as:
Protein Content Total: 49 g plant-based protein
200 g smoked tofu = 19 g protein
120 g tahini = 30 g protein
  • 1 package (200 g) smoked tofu
  • 2 carrots ½ cup (120 ml) shaved into ribbons
  • ½ cup tahini (or almond butter)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt
