Thanks David. I started with you recently and am now getting time to pass an idea past you and to women veterans. I want to see a veteran woman owned 501(C)3 for real estate and construction national organization specializing in green energy. Specifically, I can license patents for all solar constructed houses, built for a century and able to pay for itself. One can't afford to rent and accumulate any assets over time. The women organization could design, engineer, map developments and prepare for recording into IT (this has to be done) of all size projects. These are soft costs and in Calif. they add up to over 40% of the actual cost to build. That is not low-cost housing for the average worker. With our (BIPV) (also, a first) method of all solar and construction savings we can accomplish this. Veteran equity owned construction companies in local communities could handle the hard cost, O&M for the life of the structure while creating excellent careers and owning a piece of the action-even Roth IRA using their own labor could be had. How many jobs could affordable housing be utilized over a year period? Especially by veterans working together? I am a long-time general contractor and developer in Calif. and Ariz. and am patenting several green energy products that will change a lot of the way we build today. Why not it be by veterans as a way of saying "thanks for your service" to those who have earned it and as a way of example for future patriots to follow. This is a long way of saying, I am looking for founder level women to take the lead for a growing organization I think could garner many sponsors in support. I can help to the best of my ability but at 93 I still want a little time to go fishing and continue patenting globally. Also, is there an organization that could set up something like this? Thanks again, David.
