@Brad Spelbring Totally get that finding the right fit when it comes to marketing is one of the hardest (and most expensive) hurdles. A lot of founders I’ve spoken with realized it’s less about finding the perfect agency and more about first getting crystal clear on their ideal client profile and message. Once that’s nailed, even an average marketer can get results. Curious, have you already defined your exact ‘dream client’ in detail, or are you still experimenting with different audiences?

@Brad Spelbring Appreciate you sharing that you’re right; the cost per appointment can get brutal, especially if you’re scaling. What I’ve seen work for some businesses is shifting from pure outbound/paid approaches into systems that create compounding returns, like building referral loops, optimizing follow-up workflows, or leveraging content that attracts the right clients instead of always chasing them. Curious, have you experimented much with appointment-setting strategies outside of paid ads, or has most of your focus been on lowering ad costs?
Women Veterans
Thanks David. I started with you recently and am now getting time to pass an idea past you and to women veterans. I want to see a veteran woman owned 501(C)3 for real estate and construction national organization specializing in green energy. Specifically, I can license patents for all solar constructed houses, built for a century and able to pay for itself. One can't afford to rent and accumulate any assets over time. The women organization could design, engineer, map developments and prepare for recording into IT (this has to be done) of all size projects. These are soft costs and in Calif. they add up to over 40% of the actual cost to build. That is not low-cost housing for the average worker. With our (BIPV) (also, a first) method of all solar and construction savings we can accomplish this. Veteran equity owned construction companies in local communities could handle the hard cost, O&M for the life of the structure while creating excellent careers and owning a piece of the action-even Roth IRA using their own labor could be had. How many jobs could affordable housing be utilized over a year period? Especially by veterans working together? I am a long-time general contractor and developer in Calif. and Ariz. and am patenting several green energy products that will change a lot of the way we build today. Why not it be by veterans as a way of saying "thanks for your service" to those who have earned it and as a way of example for future patriots to follow. This is a long way of saying, I am looking for founder level women to take the lead for a growing organization I think could garner many sponsors in support. I can help to the best of my ability but at 93 I still want a little time to go fishing and continue patenting globally. Also, is there an organization that could set up something like this? Thanks again, David.

Daniel, this is an incredible vision. Thank you for sharing it with the community. I really admire how you’re combining veteran leadership, women founders, and green energy innovation into one mission. The idea of veterans not only building but also owning equity and securing long-term careers is a powerful one. I’m curious, what do you see as the very first step for women veterans who might be interested in taking the lead on this? Is it forming a nonprofit structure or building a pilot project to showcase the concept?
