Women Veterans
Thanks David. I started with you recently and am now getting time to pass an idea past you and to women veterans. I want to see a veteran woman owned 501(C)3 for real estate and construction national organization specializing in green energy. Specifically, I can license patents for all solar constructed houses, built for a century and able to pay for itself. One can't afford to rent and accumulate any assets over time. The women organization could design, engineer, map developments and prepare for recording into IT (this has to be done) of all size projects. These are soft costs and in Calif. they add up to over 40% of the actual cost to build. That is not low-cost housing for the average worker. With our (BIPV) (also, a first) method of all solar and construction savings we can accomplish this. Veteran equity owned construction companies in local communities could handle the hard cost, O&M for the life of the structure while creating excellent careers and owning a piece of the action-even Roth IRA using their own labor could be had. How many jobs could affordable housing be utilized over a year period? Especially by veterans working together? I am a long-time general contractor and developer in Calif. and Ariz. and am patenting several green energy products that will change a lot of the way we build today. Why not it be by veterans as a way of saying "thanks for your service" to those who have earned it and as a way of example for future patriots to follow. This is a long way of saying, I am looking for founder level women to take the lead for a growing organization I think could garner many sponsors in support. I can help to the best of my ability but at 93 I still want a little time to go fishing and continue patenting globally. Also, is there an organization that could set up something like this? Thanks again, David.

We will go national. What we need is founders for that position.

I've spent over a decade building my LinkedIn community. I am very selective to who I let in. Typically, turning down 9 out of 10 requests from people that want to connect. This is because I want to have a people of value, mainly, entrepreneurs, veterans, and supply chain specialists. I'm offering people here the chance to connect with me so I can help make introductions to people who may be valuable to you. I truly just love helping people. https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidjones214/ If you reach out, just let me know you are from the Skool platform.

Thanks David. We have to treat the veteran by helping him or her with a career in our green energy program. This takes time and patience.
Intro
Hi, I’m Sean Galligan, founder of SPG Construction & Development, a veteran-owned general contracting company based in Brockton, Massachusetts. I’m a Massachusetts Maritime Academy graduate with a background in engineering, and I’ve worked for both the VA healthcare system and the Army Corps of Engineers. Over the last 13 years, I’ve also invested in multifamily rental properties. I’m actively growing my business and real estate portfolio. I am always looking to network with others in construction, development, and public sector contracting. I am a father of 2 and enjoy spending time with family, friends and my dogs. I enjoy skiing, golfing and being outdoors. If you'd like to connect, please shoot me a message.

Hi Sean. Thanks for your comments. I am a Korean handicapped vet. A general contractor, developer and inventor. I have the patent for the first trifacial solar panel generating system. It is ideal for any structure to permanently enclose environmentally. I would like to start veteran equity owned construction companies throughout the USA to build all solar designed housing at lower cost to last just one century at a time. We replace the roof sheeting, weatherproof paper and finish roofing with a solar glass surface. All other wires involved with the solar is underneath in a dry condition. This is building at lower cost for a much longer life and is compatible with the environment. In other words--greater ROI for each project. I want to accumulate veteran names to start a ROTH IRA backed by solar arrays. This would be a great medium for locking equity returns for the future with work they worked hard for. I am seeking advice, possible founders and sponsors. We need many names to start something like this. I will start with a GoFundMe to get all code, UL labels and safety approvals. Then we can start the companies as community business's for career employment in green energy contracting and products. Your thoughts?

David. I want to start a veteran equity owned (51%+) working in the green energy construction within each state. I have the patents for exclusivity. We now can build all solar generated homes, especially for lower cost community housing. Am I allowed to collect veterans' email addresses for future members through this venue? I need specific veteran founders to run each business within each state. Do you have any ideas? I have been building in Calif. for over 65 years and know the volume business quite well. This would make a great career for vets, even possibly a ROTH IRA retirement account.
