Question
Would 200 bodyweight squats per day mess up my knees in the long term? I like the 100 push up challenge, but need something I can do daily for my skinny legs. I had osgood schlatter disease in high school because of rapid growth (muscle/tendon ripped off on both knees after the bone grew faster than the muscle) So my knees can't take too much weight. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I was thinking even a 10kg weighted vest x100 squats can be cool?
Rest day
Just wanted to confirm, rest days are from other workouts, not the push-up challenge, right?
Cold Shower Question
@Richard Oostra I have a question on the challenges as I’m heading to a family camp out to celebrate my sister’s engagement. I plan on crushing the pushups, sobriety, and as much of my morning routine as possible. I’ll be tracking my sugar but not sure on what all I can cook as I’m borrowing my cousins camper. My question is on the cold showers. I’ve been doing them prior to joining but I’m not sure if I can keep them up over the weekend. Should I restart at Day 1 when I get back or continue Day 6? It’s not a lot of days so I’m not worried about it either way, just wanted your input. As I wrote this, I realized that I might be able to use my cousins house for cold showers so I’ll pack a towel. Just didn’t want to jump in the lake and get swimmers itch 😂
Who Else Eats a Bowl of Just Beef?
Anyone else here just demolish a whole bowl of beef? 🥩😂 Looking for my fellow meat-only maniacs in this group! I don’t do this all the time, but I often find myself just enjoying a bowl of pure grass fed ground beef or chunks of slow cooked grass fed beef🤷‍♂️

Sober Challenge
This may bre a silly question, but if you are already sober for much longer than 30 or 90 days and dont consume alcohol, sugary drinks or anything of that likeness does this mean that the challenge is complete of do I start from scratch and call this day one? I will definetly have more questions, and thanks in advance!
