I have a question on the challenges as I’m heading to a family camp out to celebrate my sister’s engagement. I plan on crushing the pushups, sobriety, and as much of my morning routine as possible. I’ll be tracking my sugar but not sure on what all I can cook as I’m borrowing my cousins camper.
My question is on the cold showers. I’ve been doing them prior to joining but I’m not sure if I can keep them up over the weekend. Should I restart at Day 1 when I get back or continue Day 6?
It’s not a lot of days so I’m not worried about it either way, just wanted your input.
As I wrote this, I realized that I might be able to use my cousins house for cold showers so I’ll pack a towel. Just didn’t want to jump in the lake and get swimmers itch 😂
