Sober - Day 48 Pushups - Day 21 - 50/40/40 Cold showers - Day 19 - 11:56 Officially past my last push-up streak and back at where my cold shower streak ended. Yesterday was a hard day to remain sober. A long week with strong feelings of inadequacy about my financial situation leaving my old firm. I know it will all work out how it’s supposed to but those feelings were the ones I’d drink to forget. Made it through and today is a new day to crush. Have a great Saturday everyone. Let’s GO!! 👊🏻
