Question
Would 200 bodyweight squats per day mess up my knees in the long term? I like the 100 push up challenge, but need something I can do daily for my skinny legs. I had osgood schlatter disease in high school because of rapid growth (muscle/tendon ripped off on both knees after the bone grew faster than the muscle) So my knees can't take too much weight. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I was thinking even a 10kg weighted vest x100 squats can be cool?

Do you guys have any tricks to drink more water? know it sounds silly .. 'just drink more water', but it is something I always struggled with.

@Daniel Westbrook Thats great. I usually don't like walking around with that big jugs, I usually take my 500l with me. But when it's done, I don't refill it. So I might as well give the bigger jugs a try

Day 3, 4 and 5 โœ… Forgot to post the accountability. Day 4 I got to 70 push ups straight. Can feel strenght is rising
Hiking
Went to the mountains to do a couple of hikes and explore with my wife and our dog this morning! Good way to relax and reset before working this weekend. What did you all get up too today?
