Would 200 bodyweight squats per day mess up my knees in the long term? I like the 100 push up challenge, but need something I can do daily for my skinny legs. I had osgood schlatter disease in high school because of rapid growth (muscle/tendon ripped off on both knees after the bone grew faster than the muscle) So my knees can't take too much weight. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I was thinking even a 10kg weighted vest x100 squats can be cool?
