There was a period when I was in every room. Posting in other communities, showing up in threads, trying to be visible so the right people would find me. It worked, in small doses. But I was the one doing all the carrying. The moment I stepped back, the reach stopped too. So I built something that works differently. One room. One session per month. Skool owners from every category on the platform in the same space, each one bringing one structural thing that keeps their community moving.
