You probably don’t need a bigger audience to get your first Skool sale.
At least not yet. A bigger audience helps when the offer is already clear. But if the offer is confusing, more traffic just means more people get confused faster. For a lot of beginner builders, the first problem is not scale. It’s clarity. Can people quickly understand: Who this is for? What problem it solves? What result they get first? Why they should join now? What to do after they click? That’s why your first dollar matters so much. It proves the offer can move. Then you can start asking: How do I repeat this? But before repeatable momentum, you need first proof.

One of my members posted her first payout 🔥
And not just that… She got a yearly membership too. Her words were: “My first payout!! Following your advice @Joshua Guerrero and I have my first ever payout!! Including 1 yearly membership — whatttttttt???? I can’t even tell you how grateful I am ❤️” This is exactly why I built Earn Your First $1 On Skool. Because the first win is not always about a huge number. It’s about proof. Proof that someone wants what you’re building. Proof that your offer can move. Proof that the next attempt was worth launching. Most beginner builders don’t need 100 more lessons. They need someone to look at what they’re building and help them find the next thing to fix. That’s the whole loop inside: Post what you’re building. Get feedback. Fix one thing. Launch your next attempt. Your first dollar is proof. Then we figure out how to repeat it.

If your Skool community has members but no sales, I’d check this first:
Can a visitor understand the first paid result in 5 seconds? Not the whole vision. Not every bonus. Not all the future plans. The first paid result. A lot of beginner Skool offers are not bad. They’re just trying to sell too many things at once. So the visitor thinks: “This sounds interesting…” But they still don’t know what they’re actually buying. And when people don’t understand the next step, they usually do nothing. Before you rebuild everything, ask: Who is this for? What do they want quickly? What am I helping them fix first? Why would they pay now? Most of the time, momentum starts by making the offer easier to understand.

@Maureen Schlachter I kinda think so 😅 Appreciate you Maureen!
Started a Skool community but still stuck at $0?
That stage is more frustrating than people admit. Because you’re not always sure what the problem is. Is the offer unclear? Is the About Page confusing? Is the price wrong? Are people not seeing it? Are people seeing it but not caring? Are you trying to sell too many things at once? And when you don’t know what’s broken, you end up tweaking everything. That’s exactly why I built Earn Your First $1 On Skool. It’s for beginner Skool builders trying to get their first sale, first paying member, or first real proof. Inside, members post what they’re building, get feedback, fix one thing, and launch their next attempt. No audience. No funnels. No overthinking. Just the next move toward proof.

🌲 Step Outside to Reset Inside
One of this week’s leaderboard winners inside my community is @Lisa O'Brien, and I think she’s building something really refreshing. 🌲 Step Outside to Reset Inside It’s for people who want to spend more time outdoors but don’t necessarily see themselves as “outdoorsy.” Instead of extreme adventures, she’s helping people build confidence outside one small step at a time through beginner-friendly challenges, practical outdoor skills, and a supportive community. I especially like that the goal isn’t becoming an expert. It’s reaching that moment where you think: “I have the skills and confidence to get outdoors.” If you’ve been wanting to spend more time outside but don’t know where to start, I think it’s worth checking out. https://www.skool.com/recalibrate-outdoors-8269/about?ref=a698df2748834151ba70554b02670185

Building in public on Skool. I keep testing what actually gets people their first sale. Sharing everything I learn inside my community.
