There was a period when I was in every room. Posting in other communities, showing up in threads, trying to be visible so the right people would find me. It worked, in small doses. But I was the one doing all the carrying. The moment I stepped back, the reach stopped too. So I built something that works differently. One room. One session per month. Skool owners from every category on the platform in the same space, each one bringing one structural thing that keeps their community moving. The kind of insight that does not get talked about enough: How you run the room, not what you sell inside it. There is a version of you that only talks to people already in your world. Same niche, same problems, same conversations, circling the same ideas. It is not a bad place to be. But it does have a ceiling. And the ceiling is invisible until you hit it. The common advice is to go find where other audiences hang out. Join the groups. Comment on the posts. Show up in spaces that are not yours and do it consistently enough that eventually some of those people follow you back. That is not a bad strategy. It just requires you to spend your days in other people's rooms, answering questions you did not come here to answer, while your own community waits.
