Wins for the Week!
When The RBLD Project started, I wanted to get active again because I hadn't exercised in over 10 years. Shawn asked me to come up with a 'crazy idea' or goal, so I told him I wanted to run a 10k.
🏃‍♂️ Fitness Update:
  • Couldn't run 200m without running out of breath.(08/25)
  • Now (4 months later): Just ran 9km straight last Sunday (1hr 7mins).
  • Status: Almost at the 10k goal! Glad I joined Shawn on this journey.
  • Note: Finally feeling better after being sick for a week.
✅ Project Updates:
  • Created a new layout for the Journal.
  • Set up 4 new workflows for the RBLD project.
  • Updated the cover images for the classrooms in the Collective.
