I’m calling an audible on our upcoming webinar, "Why Your Body Feels Broken—Especially After 40."
I spent the last few days staring at the slides and the data I had prepared, and to be completely honest with you: It just wasn't right yet.
My rule is "Strategy Over Sweat." But as I looked at the presentation, it felt like a "standard" fitness talk. It felt like I was just checking a box to get it done, rather than helping you truly understand what is happening when you can’t stop the injury cycle that is holding you back.
Because it’s not where it needs to be, I’m pushing the date back to refine the content. I’d rather be honest about the delay now than waste an hour of your time later.
