My Story
About a year ago, at age 69, I decided I needed to make some lifestyle changes and began working with Josh in an effort to lose weight and develop a healthier life style. Fast forward to today.....I went shopping for some clothes that "fit" my new body. For the first time in MANY years, I was able to shop in the ladies section - NOT the 'BIG GIRL' department!!!! I went from Women's size 22 to Ladies size 14!!!!! I feel great, have TONS of energy and a experience whole lot less joint pain! Thank you Josh for your patience, guidance and "cheerleading" during this journey! You kept me pointed in the right direction when my willpower waivered and the goal seemed so unattainable! I never would have been able to get across the finish line without you!
