If you are having trouble finding inspiration or ideas for your meal prep I got good news for you😎 As some of you may know, I was a chef for many years and coupled with being a nutritionist I know how much power there is in food. And all of that power can be really intimidating for someone looking to lose a pant size or get started on living a healthier lifestyle. Knowing that, I try to provide as many resources as I can so that the guessing game doesn’t have to be played and you can move forward towards that Vybrant lifestyle confidently💪 In today’s meal prep share we feature a Citrus Herb Chicken Bowl and Garlic Ginger Ground Beef and Veggie Stir Fry🍽️ Whether you are looking for something fresh and anti-inflammatory or faster recovery that supports your hormones. @Joshua Haag I agree. Yes, one of my favourites is a salad with greens, steamed green beans, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, goat cheese, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and grilled chicken, with a maple and dijon mustard dressing. And of course with lots of fresh garlic in the dressing. It's so delicious.

@Joshua Haag Yes, I make all of my dressings. Then I store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
