this half was really busy with the kids so business side did take a hit. But I managed a bit 1) followed up for a second viewing on a property, and within that call the estate agent recommended another property which had just come in. So will be viewing the both of them back to back this weekend. 2) got lots done in my garden that I’ve been wanting to do for ages. 3) spent some good quality time with the kids, family and friends. But back to the grind next week 😂

1. Bruhhhh 2 weeks off with the kids - finally they back next week!! 🤩 2. 75 direct to vendor letters sent out targeting probates properties 3. Made a good Sourcer contact based in South Yorkshire who is looking for similar deals. His awaiting his compliance but it’s been refreshing looking at deals together! 4. Agents calling me this week - which is a first! 5. 3 offers put in - 2 declined but still awaiting an offer market 6. Started on accountancy and getting organised after @Sam Bailey session! Not as productive as I would like but little things keeping the business going 🫡 hope everyone has a good weekend!

My wins for This week - Had a great holiday so far with my family. It’s showed me I can still work and get a lot done even not being in the office. - We should have our land deal completing today which is great news as it’s a decent bit of cash coming back into the business - We have sent over funds for our latest brr purchase which should complete next week - Should be able to get a deal over the line today for a client which should be a £4K fee
