1) Completed on the automated AI Ads Manager, now i just need to train it to get better at making ads 2) Got a few landlord leads with big portfolios, nee to maintain this relationship to form a win win for all 3) Got a PT for some strength and conditioning, and have been to 2 sessions so far

- Offer on 13 Properties, +22 Follow-ups - 16 new investors in the WA Group (last 2 weeks) - New property company buyer added to my investor list with reasonable expectations for my strategies. -Local viewing booked for content purposes🥲

A bit more of a productive week, still recovering from the flu, but.. •Spent some good quality time with the kids and they even built their own fire pit…little builders in the making 😁 •Finally converted my Facebook page to our business page •Continued to be consistent with content • Attended a content creation webinar

This week has been a slog. 1. I repurchased a buy to let I had in my personal name into a business name. I should have done this years ago but we live and learn. 2. My refurb on my BRRR is still on track to be complete by the middle of May even though the plasterer started 3 days late. Glad I built in a contingency timeline with trades depending on that finishing on time. 3. I’ve posted everyday on LinkedIn. Small steps to getting on all platforms.
