Been a fairly uneventful week property wise - Managed to get some content out - Viewed a beautiful 8 bed property in Accrington that I'm hoping to package as a R2SA - Progressed a bit further on a landlord with 7 HMOs, investigating whether planning is needed to add more bedrooms

- Create and publish ads for getting investor contact details - Set up and manage Ads for my friend who does serviced accommodation management to attract more qualified landlords - Finalise on the deal I'm taking on that got an offer accepted last week
