I’ve just spoke with the estate agent that I have been building a relationship with and managed to have a good chat today with the valuer instead! We got on to talk about the house I viewed couple weeks ago that’s still on the market, @Sam Joy it’s the one I sent you! She said she’s pretty confident if could do a good job it will easily can go up for £200k-£210k.. she went and valued one yesterday in the same street for around £220k she said, but couldn’t disclose the actual address on it! Could I go off this now on the GDV or still have to go off the comps I had? Hope this makes sense 😂

Big win for myself. I wanted to set myself a challenge of how many investors could I outreach to in a week and see the difference that made. I sent 1,440 direct outreach messages to people from my followers to people in Facebook groups and grew my investor group by 58 people within a week. The beauty is people are still coming through from the messages I sent a week ago. Just wanted to post this to say if you're struggling to grow your database of investors sometimes at the start volume beats luck!
