Contracts
Hi, I’m sure this is in the classroom somewhere explaining this but I can’t find it 🤦🏻♂️. When we have an investor that wants to work with us in a normal deal what contracts do we send them and when? Exclusively agreement Hands free res form NDA and nca agreement Is there any I’m missing?

@Daniel Keeling so an exclusivity agreement is something that I would get a Landlord or homeowner to sign to give us an exclusive period to be able to sell that deal. It means it protects us that when we’re trying to sell it no one’s gonna come in and take the deal off us And yeah, you can get a investor to sign an non disclosure agreement at that point or when you have a deal

1) booked travel to the 1st networking event in London. 2) some cash flow through agency work to help pay for compliance. Factory, Kitchen porter, supply teaching. 3) found good contacts for excellent management company systems.

Awesome. I used to go to 1 networking event in London a month and really enjoyed them met some great people. Well done. Sometimes we have to do what we have to do to get the money through the door. Systems are everything in management so that's great you found some contacts

Hello everyone, Joe from Bristol here, sourcing R2RSA & HMO but looking to branch out into BRR and FLIPS, locally and in the NE as I have BTL property there.
