Sounds stupid but… I have secured tickets to attend my first local property networking event!! Next Wednesday. Very proud of myself 💪🏼😊

- Complete 50% of the DNP system classroom modules. - Post 2 pieces of property related (what I’m up to) content on my social media. - Start having a look via Rightmove etc and drafting up pretend deals using the knowledge and tools I have learned in the DNP fundamentals classroom modules, getting Sam to have a look, to ensure I am on the right track for when I take action and do my first real deal! - Attend mastermind calls this week. - Catch up on a bit of sleep, been a busy week at my 9-5 job. Have a good week everyone 👍🏼

My second week as part of the DNP💪🏼 - I have completed all my classroom training modules 💻 - I have signed up to the DNP training academy📚 Been a busy week at my 9-5 job and may seem like small progress however, on the road to success and definitely learnt a hell of a lot!! Compared to 2 weeks ago… I have made the first small steps to achieve my dreams 📈😊🏚️🛠️

@Sam Joy just looking back at the BRR explained class. So the £75,000 (LTV) the bank will lend me back from re-mortgaging, after completing the refurb and renting out, how do I then pay the £75,000 back so I don’t owe any money on the property- is it from the rent money paid by the tenants?
