Goals for the week
1, Double down on content for investors 5 posts a day with different formats and sellers 3 posts a day focusing on reach and bring in organic traffic for sale properties. 2, Offer on 12 properties.

@Sam Joy They are too low, agents dismiss it. So now I send letters to those. Only issue is they almost all empty so will take time to get response probably. Thats why I want to build content around these so hopefully can get direct to sellers leads

Not sure about the discount, most of the run-down houses are priced the same or even higher than a fully refurbed 😅🫣
